German - Student's Achievements 

The Department of German, Modern College introduced German as a special subject for graduation in 2015-16. The department is proud of its achievement in its debut year. Four students of S.Y.B.A German special have been awarded the prestigious the DAAD scholarship for an essay writing. They visited the reputed Humboldt University, Berlin to do a language course.

The Department has participated in the project “Greening with Goethe” for three consecutive years (2012-15). Manoj Joshi and Manasi Patil of F.Y.Bcom worked on a theme underlining the main focus of this project like “waste management of hotel industry” and presented it in conferences held in Banglore. Last year they received the opportunity to present their project in an international conference held in Bremen amongst eminent scientists.
