Business Exposure: Industrial Visit to Parle G Factory & Katraj Dairy

Description:This offline industrial visit was particularly planned for TY BBA students to motivate and make them aware of different dairy businesses and different biscuits manufacturing companies. Students enjoyed the industrial visit and got to learn many things. Students got the opportunity to interact with industry experts and meet entrepreneurs, policymakers, etc. It provided students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods, and employment practices. It gave them exposure to current work practices as opposed to possibly theoretical knowledge being taught at college.

Business Exposure: Industrial Visit to <Shivam Cartons & Ramson Rubtech

Description: This industrial visit was organized at Shivam Cartons & Ramson Rubtech for TY BBA students. During the industrial visits, the students got an opportunity to experience how professionals live, learnt about various management concepts like Just in Time or Lean Manufacturing and how they are put into action. It is not easy to manage hundreds of skilled and unskilled workers at the same time and meet the stringent quality norms and production targets of the company. How managers, production engineers, employees work in tandem to achieve a common target is a management lesson. And therefore, such exposure during the industrial visit was quite beneficial for the BBA students.

Description: The auditors reviewed the academic and administrative processes in the Dept. of BBA and gave recommendations on enhancing the quality of academic activities. They also assessed the policies, strategies & functions of the various administrative departments.

Description: BBA department had arranged an industrial visit to AXA Go Business Services Pvt. Ltd at Viman Nagar, Pune for the female students of TY BBA on account of Women’s Day week celebration in AXA. This was organised under their employee engagement program under CSR activity of AXA Go with collaboration of IAHV.
It is a project of women empowerment & celebration of women’s month on account of International Women’s Day.17 female students of TY BBA participated in the visit.
The sessions on resume writing, interview skills & career opportunities in finance domain were conducted by AXA employees for the final year BBA students.Session was very interactive. Students enjoyed the campus tour of AXA premises.
The session concluded with a feedback session; AXA gifted a laptop bag to all the participating students.
