Note :
- Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar, Pune -5 is an Autonomous College since academic year 2019-20. The college is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune-7.
- Being an autonomous college, the syllabus is designed by the college. The examinations are conducted by the College and the result is also declared by the College. However, the final degree is awarded by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune-7 to the students who pass from the autonomous college.
- All the admissions will be given as per the merit of marks of the student and strictly as per the norms / rules of reservation laid down by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune -7 and Government of Maharashtra.
- Preference to admission will be given to the students who have completed their 12th standard from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous), Shivajinagar, Pune -5, only if they fill the Merit form in given time, on the link provided below.
- First Round Admission Notice of First Year Undergraduate Courses will be displayed will be communicated soon.
Last Date to fill Merit Form of B.Sc. (Computer Science) is extended to 13th June 2024. Merit Lists will be displayed on 16th June 2024.
Last Date to fill the Merit Form was Monday, 10th June 2024 for remaining courses. Merit lists will be displayed on 13th June 2024
Please note that the first round of admission for the following courses is over. The process of admission confirmation under first round has been started.

There might be some vacant seats available for second round of admission, for which the merit form filling process is initiated from 12th June 2024 to 18th June 2024.

- If you have already registered, please click on Login”
- If you are filling the form for the first time, please click on “Register” and register yourself.
- You will receive OTP on the mobile number you entered. (Please enter your own mobile number to avoid further miscommunication). Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number before the time out of OTP.
- After that you will receive your 10 digit user ID / Registration ID and Password on your mobile via sms. Please preserve this information, as it is going to be used for your admission process.
- Add all your personal and educational details in the merit form and submit the form. Attach the file of your online copy or marksheet of HSC marksheet
- The students who wish to fill the merit form under specific category, will have to upload the concerned valid documents. If the documents are not valid, the student will be considered under General category.
- Please note that, if the form not submitted status, or incomplete forms will not be considered for the merit list preparation.
- Please note that, the students who have uploaded the online copy of HSC result, will have to produce / submit / upload the HSC marksheet at the time of counseling round, failing to which the student will loose the claim on the admission.
- As per the letter received from Government dated 13th March 2024, in the revised NEP structure, the student will have to select 3 subjects in First Year from the specific Course. In the second year, one of these subjects can be selected as Major subject and one of the subject can be selected as Minor subject. The details of the subject combinations are available in the College Prospectus.

The eligibility criteria for the courses : F.Y. B. Sc. (Animation/ Computer Science/ Biotechnology/ Blended Bioscience/ Microbiology), F.Y. B.C.A. (Science), B.A., B.Com, B.Com (Self Financed), B.Voc. (Fashion Technology and Apparel Designing), B.Voc (Animator), BBA, BBA (IB), BBA (CA) is as mentioned below.
Please note that, the candidate should fill the merit forms for courses for which he / she is not eligible, will not be considered for the the merit list preparation.
