Procedure for Admission in Institute Level/ Against CAP Round

• The Provisional Merit list of all the candidates who are applied for admission to F.Y. B.B.A./ B.B.A. (CA)/ B.B.A. (IB) for the round to be held on 05^th October 2025 to 10^th October 2025 :
• Candidate List Applied for vacant seats against CAP
•  Candidate List Applied for Institute Level seats       
• The Admissions will be given strictly on the basis of Merit and rules of D.T.E./CET Cell.
• Candidates who are applied for these Admissions should report personally to the Business Administration Campus of Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar, Pune-05 for finalizing their admissions as per the following schedule.
• The students who have not filled the institute level form and wish to take admission in the 5th round, should fill the following willingness form. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSenZrBf73Rsa6JEH_6516ClXvwg_qTiMW0pPIVjxvtvxVeJ9g/viewform?usp=header . Please note that filling this form does not confirm the admission. The final admission process will be done through CET Cell.     

Date of Spot Admission: 07.10.2025 to 10.10.2025 till 5:00 P.M. (As per CET Guidelines)

Reporting of the candidates to the institute for admission 07.10.2025 at 10:00 A.M.

Most Important points.

• Candidates should report to the institute 30 minutes prior to the prescribed schedule and complete the registration procedure as per the schedule.
• All candidates/Parents must produce Photo Identity (PAN, Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc.…….) at the time of registration for round. Entry for maximum two persons (student+1 Parent (Mother/father)) will be allowed.
• Candidates should remain present for the Spot Round in Person
• Admission will be given in order of Merit on First Cum Firs source basis.
• Candidates should note that this is only a cell for counseling, and it does not indicate any confirmation of the Admission. The Admissions will be offered in order of Inter-se merit in Each Category
• Candidates should confirm their admission by depositing fees in the college account immediately after allotment of the seat by payment of Fees. (Refer the College Website for Fee Details)
• Candidates should bring along with them following necessary Documents (Original/self-Attested)
  • MH-CET Score Card
  • SSC Mark sheet Original
  • HSC Mark sheet Original
  • Certificate of Age, Nationality & Domicile
  • College Leaving Certificate Original
  • Income Certificate of Parent (2 Copies) (If Applicable)
  • PAN card/ Aadhar Card Photocopy.
  • Migration Certificate (If Applicable)
  • GAP Certificate (If Applicable)

      Note :

• Original Documents must be submitted on or before 10^th October 2025 11:00 A.M.
• If candidate is not going to report on prescribed date and time, will not have any claim on admission.
• Admission will be given on the basis of the available seats at a particular intake.
• As soon as all the vacant seats are filled, the admission process will be stopped and further session of concealing will be cancelled.
