FY BBA/BBA CA/BBA IB AICTE NEP 2024 SEM I Regular 2025-2026 Admission Students

Dear AICTE NEP 2024 Pattern 2025-2026 Admission SEM I Regular (FY BBA/BBA CA/BBA IB and FY BCA Science) students,

• The exam form for Regular Sem I FY BBA (All) and FY BCA Science are open from 1st January 2026.
• Last date to submit exam form without late fee is 10th January, 2026.
• Exam form will be available with Rs. 300 late fees from 11th January, 2026 to 12th January, 2026.
• Exam form will be available with Rs. 500 Super late fees from 13th January 2026 to 16th January, 2026.
• Please note that the exam forms will not get submitted to Vriddhi ERP after the last date.
• The students will not be considered further for filling the Examination Forms.
• The ESE and CIA Backlog examinations of SEM I and SEM II will be conducted from 2nd to 7th February, 2026. The detailed time-tables will be displayed soon on the college website.
• The 2024-2025 AICTE affiliated FY BCA (Science), FY BBA, FY BBA CA, FY BBA IB Backlog/Year Down students have already filled their examination forms during their SY examinations. These students will have attempt their SEM I and SEM II CIA/ESE Backlog Examinations along with the 2025-2026 Regular students from 2nd to 7th February, 2026 with updated hall tickets.
• Those Year Down students (No SY admission in AY 25-26) of above classes who have not filled the examination forms earlier can also fill their examination form of OCT 2025 attempt to be conducted in FEB 2026.

Follow the steps below to fill the exam form:
For all the courses:
Login to https://mcs.vriddhionline.com/ (for main campus only for BCA Science)
https://mccommerce.vriddhionline.com (for SF campus for All BBA)
using your user Registration ID and password.

1. Click to continue login
2. Login using your Registration ID and password which you used for your admission.
3. Click to continue
4. Click on exam–>fill form–> then select the following things:
   a. select year
   b. select section
   c. exam (Semester Oct/Nov)
   d. Select Semester
5. Click to continue
6. Click to fill form–> OK
7. Check your subjects (including backlog if applicable) and click to update
8. Click to pay fees
   • In case your subjects are incorrect on the exam form, do not save/update the form. Please visit Faculty Clerks to correct the subjects
   • In case of any queries w.r.t. exam form filling, please visit Vriddhi ERP personnel at college office in office hours.
   • In case of any queries related to exam form payment, please visit accounts clerks at college accounts section in office hours.
   • The students having any instalment dues are informed to pay before collecting their hall tickets. Please note that, no entry in examination hall without hall ticket.
