BEFORE FILLING ONLINE ADMISSION FORM STUDENTS SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FIRST : 1.The online admission system is only for the Modern College, Shivajinagar, Pune-5 Students who were the Regular students of this college during the academic year 2014-15 (either the students of XIth Class, First/Second Year class or Part I of the Post Graduate Course) These students who are eligible to take admission to next class during this academic year i.e. 2015-16 should fill the online admission form using the link given below “Online Admission Form“ AND
2. Only those students, listed in current (Academic Year 2015-16) merit lists displayed either on the notice board or on the college website for the admission to the XIth Class, First Year or for the Part I of the Post Graduate course should also fill the online admission form using the link given below “Online Admission Forms“
3. All the students who have taken admission in the college to any class (Junior College, Senior College or Post Graduate Courses) and has deposited fees in bank and submitted the admission form in the college (confirm Admission) should also fill the online Anti-Ragging form by using link given below. It is compulsory to each and every student. The student should get the printout (hard copy) of this form, take the signature of his parents and put his signature at the place provided on the form. Examination

In the Autonomy Pattern, the examinations will be conducted by the College Management. The result will be declared by the College and Marksheet will be issued by the College. However, the students will be gotting the Degree certiticate from the affiliating University i.e. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune-7

Examination Pattern
There will be semester pattern from the Academic Year 2019-20 under the Autonomy for the First Year UG and First Year PG Classes of all the programs.
The College will follow the CBCS System ( Choice Based Credit System).

UG Courses:
The examination will be conducted as :
1. Continuous Internal Examination : 40 marks
      The internal distribution for Theory Papers will be as follows :
           a. Active Participation and Submission of Field work report : 10 Marks
           b. Objective Type examination : 10 Marks
           c. Mid Semester Descriptive Type Examination : 20 Marks
The internal distribution for Practical Papers will be as follows :
           a. Active Participation Completion of all assignments in time: 10 Marks
           b. Viva / Oral : 10 Marks
           c. Journal / Labbook Completion: 20 Marks
The internal distribution for Project Papers will be as follows :
           a. Synopsis and pre-requisite: 10 Marks
           b. Continuous Demonstration of the Project : 15 Marks
           c. Project Report Submission: 15 Marks

2. End Semester Examination : 60 marks

The Duration of the End Sem Examinaiton will be 2 hours per paper.
First Question will be of 10 marks of Objective / short answer type of question of 1 marks weightage
Remaining questions of 50 marks will be decided by the individual Department

PG Classes :
1. Continuous Internal Examination : 50 marks
       The internal distribution for Theory Papers will be as follows :
           a. Any two types to be optied by the students, in consultation with the subject teacher, from :
                    i. Written test- 15 marks
                    ii. Report/Note – 15 marks on research paper or book/ survey/case studies
                    iii. Seminar presentations – 15 marks (not for all the students)
           b. Any one type to be optied by the students, in consultation with the subject teacher, from :
                    i. Group discussions – 10 marks (not for all the students)
                    ii. Open book test – 10 marks
                    iii. Assignment- 10 marks
            c. Active participation in class and submission of field work report – 10 marks
                  The internal distribution for Practical Papers will be as follows :
                  i.   Active Participation Completion of all assignments in time: 10 Marks
                  ii.  Viva / Oral : 10 Marks
