  • The Third round Allotment List of the candidates (General and Reservation) HSC pass out from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar, Pune-5 and HSC pass out from other than Modern College, Pune-5 for admission to above mentioned courses is declared on the basis of :

  • The admission to above mentioned courses will be given strictly on the basis of merit and rules of reservation.
  • Third Round Start Date : Wednesday, 2nd September 2020
  • Third Round End Date : Tuesday, 8th September 2020
  • The allotment list for Third round is as below:
    Procedure to fill online provisional admission form and online fees payment :
  • As per the Allotment List, if the candidate’s name is present in the Allotment List of Third Round of provisional admission, the candidate will receive email on the registered email id.
  • The candidate should login using registered user id and password and fill the provisional Admission Form.
  • Use following  link  to fill admission form 
  • Click on “View Admission”. Your Status will be “Short Listed”. Click on “Edit” and fill the details under “Part C, Part D (Subjects selection)"  of the Admission Form.
  • The Candidate should keep following documents ready to upload while submitting the admission form. (The size of individual document uploaded should not exceed 200 MB)
    • Self attested HSC mark sheet
    • Passport size photograph
    • Leaving Certificate
    • Caste certificate and cast validity issued by Government of Maharashtra (if applicable)
    • Income certificate of the parents issued by competent authority (Tahasildar) (if applicable)
    • Certificate of physical disability, ex-serviceman, sports quota, orphan (if applicable)
    • Scanned Signature of the student for Identity Card
Please note:
  1. In case the above applicable documents are not uploaded, the application form will be rejected and the candidate will not have any claim on the admission. His / her application will be rejected.
  2. If any of the submitted documents are found invalid or any of the information w.r.t. marks obtained, income details or caste details are found incorrect, the candidate will not have any claim on the admission. His / her application will be rejected.
  • Confirmation of admission depends on :
    1. Completely filled form
    2. Correct marks filled by the candidate in merit form
    3. Valid caste certificate/caste validity (if applicable) issued by Government of Maharashtra is provided by the candidate
    4. Valid income certificate is provided by the candidate
  • Upload above mentioned applicable documents and submit the form.
  • After the form is successfully submitted, the form will be verified by the faculty clerk to validate the marks, caste, and income and other than Maharashtra student’s details. If all the above mentioned details are found correct then only the form will be forwarded for Vice-Principal’s Approval. Otherwise, the application form will be rejected by Faculty Clerk. In such situation, the candidate will not have any claim on the admission.
  • After verification of admission form by Faculty Clerk, Vice-Principal will approve the form.
  • After Vice-Principal approves the form, online payment option will be enabled to the candidate.
  • Candidate should confirm their admission by paying online fees before Tuesday, 8th September 2020
  • Fees are to be deposited through online payment gateway on or before Tuesday, 8th September 2020
  • If candidate fails to pay the online fees on or before Tuesday, 8th September 2020 his/her admission will stand cancelled
  • Candidate should also note that they will not have any claim on admission under any circumstances after the prescribed Date and Time (as per the above schedule) i.e. after Tuesday, 8th September 2020
  • Please note that, you will be initially admitted provisionally to particular course during Academic Year 2020-21. Your admission will be confirmed subject to fulfillment of SPPU Eligibility Criteria and submission of original documents after the college starts offline.
  • Date of Commencement of the Courses as per regular time table: Tuesday, 1st September 2020.
  • If seats remain vacant after the Third round of admission, further notices regarding admission rounds will be displayed on Thursday, 10th September 2020 at 5.00 pm.
  • As soon as admission seats as per the intake capacity of respective course are filled, the admission process will be stopped and further rounds of admissions will be cancelled.

Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fees

For the candidates who cancel their admission before starting the course for the relevant academic year, his entire fees after deduction of processing fee of not more than Rs. 1000/- shall be refunded to the student by the university/concerned Institution.   If the student cancel his/her admission after the course is started, following scheme will be adopted for refund of total fees:

2 From 11th day to 30 days from the date of commencement (First day is inclusive) of the course. 40 % of the total fees  
3 After 30 Days (First day is inclusive) 100 % of the fees
